On Friday, the other steel purlin went in and rafters appeared all along the back of the roof.  Today (Monday) front part of the roof structure was completed, including the framework for the dorma window in what will eventually be our new bedroom.  This will eventually join up with the new dorma in Emma’s bedroom, but I think the plan is to get started on the new roof at the back before doing this.  Either way, it won’t be long before some of the existing roof has to be removed, so we’re hoping for some good weather over the next few weeks.
