Liz & Matt’s Home Extension Blog

Builders appeared on Wednesday after a long bank holiday weekend and were surprised to discover that the roofer had not been.  Apparently he was supposed to be here last week.  Latest prediction is that he will be here sometime next week.

Not detered by a little thing like having no roof, they have got on with some of the work inside the part that is already covered.  This has involved fixing the plasterboard ceiling for Debbie’s new bedroom and half the partition wall between this and the bathroom.  They should soon be ready to break through from the landing into the new part.

There’s a rumour that a plumber will be coming tomorrow morning.  Watch this space!
